(Reuters) – Johnson & Johnson said on Tuesday it would suspend supplies of its personal care products to Russia, adding it would continue to supply medicines and medical devices to the region.
The company, along with several other drugmakers such as Eli Lilly (NYSE:) and Co and Pfizer (NYSE:), said earlier this month that it would halt clinical trial enrollments in Russia.
J&J (NYSE:) had said it was halting registrations in Ukraine and Belarus as well as opening new locations, but pledged to provide essential healthcare products.
